Founder
Roshan founded the company in 2011 with the vision of creating an all-in-one solution to simplify the insurance claims process for property owners. Her focus has always been on fairness, transparency, and removing stress for clients by combining claims expertise and contractor management under one roof. More than a decade later, Roshan continues to drive the business forward with the same commitment to customer care. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling with her family and swimming in the sea.
Gnanapragasam Mario Kumar
Director
Mario oversees all financial operations, ensuring strong governance, accurate reporting, and full FCA regulatory compliance. He works closely with the leadership team to support sustainable growth while maintaining financial stability and transparency. Known for his meticulous approach and clear insight, he helps keep the business on a strong foundation, guiding strategic decisions with sound financial judgment. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his family and grandchildren outdoors.
Ray Stibbards
FCA and Compliance Consultant
Ray ensures the business remains fully compliant with FCA requirements, diligently monitoring all internal processes and accurately dealing with filing the FCA returns. He provides clear, practical guidance to keep standards consistently high while making compliance straightforward and effective. Known for his strong attention to detail, Ray provides valuable counsel to the business to ensure we safeguard both clients and the business at all times. Outside of work, he is a petrol head and is an avid follower of motor sport.
Tanbir Sidhu
Head of Business Development
Tan manages the business development team, making sure every new enquiry is handled with care, efficiency, and attention to detail. He works closely with clients to understand their needs, expectations, and goals, advising whether we can support them with an insurance claim. Known for his approachable style and relationship-focused approach, Tan helps build confidence and trust from the very first call. Away from the office, he enjoys riding his motorbike, going to the gym, and spending time with friends.
Tom Higgs – Head of Contracts
Management & Surveying
Tom leads our surveying and contracts management teams, ensuring property damage is assessed accurately and that repair works run smoothly and efficiently. He ensures fair scopes of work are approved by insurance loss adjusters and carefully oversees projects from initial approval through to successful completion. Known for his clear leadership and practical approach, Tom ensures properties are fully restored to their pre-loss condition. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his newborn baby.
Ben Smee
Head of Claims
Ben leads our claims team, ensuring every case is presented, negotiated, and settled fairly and efficiently. He keeps clients updated throughout the process, providing reassurance and clarity during what can often be a stressful and uncertain time. With his calm leadership, attention to detail, and wealth of experience, Ben sets the standard for excellent outcomes and trusted client service. Outside of work, he enjoys dog walking with his fiancé, exploring the countryside, and spending time outdoors in nature.
Georgie Hardy
Call Centre Manager
Georgie manages our experienced First Notification team, who are available 24/7 to take calls from new customers. She ensures her team fully understands each client’s situation so we are best placed to help from the outset. Calm and efficient, Georgie sets the tone for excellent customer care. When she’s not providing excellent customer care, you’ll probably find her singing show tunes, cuddling with her cat while indulging her soft spot for musicals
Steve Guest
Surveyor
Steve assesses property damage, ensuring insurers understand the scope of reinstatement required after an incident. He represents clients in discussions with insurance loss adjusters and carefully oversees the repair programme once approved. Focused, reliable, and organised, Steve ensures every project is delivered efficiently and smoothly. Outside the office, he enjoys watching sporting events and working on DIY projects.

Claims Manager
Abhi specialises in presenting and negotiating claims to achieve fair and positive settlements for policyholders. He ensures clients are kept fully updated throughout the process, making complex claims feel clear and straightforward. Known for his calm, professional, and organised approach, he provides reassurance and support at every stage. Outside of work, Abhi enjoys hiking in the woods and exploring scenic nature trails.
Matthew Farthing
Claims Manager
Matthew prepares and presents claims to insurers, negotiating firmly on behalf of clients to secure fair and positive outcomes. He prides himself on keeping policyholders fully informed, supported, and confident from start to finish throughout the entire process. Approachable, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented, he quickly builds lasting trust with both homeowners and landlords. In his spare time, Matthew enjoys reading, playing his guitar, and discovering new music.
Sheriece Connally
Contracts Manager
Sheriece organises the booking of repair works, coordinating contractors and ensuring each project runs to schedule. She guides clients through selecting like-for-like materials so repairs are carried out to the correct standard and meet insurer requirements. Sheriece keeps projects on track from start to finish, making sure jobs begin on time and are completed within the deadline. Outside of work, she enjoys painting canvases and discovering new home décor trends.

Russel designed our state-of-the-art CRM system, which provides detailed claim tracking and recordkeeping for every client file.
